Contemporary midsize organizations have plenty of options with regards to their choice of CRM Suites. Nineteen different CRM products were highlighted, by a recent study by Forrester, as suitable selections for the market of midsize organizations.
The study assessed the relative strengths of each vendor's strategy and product offerings. One of the key points from Forrester's study was that Oracle Siebel CRM and SAP CRM are industry heavyweights because they remain the most complete CRM solutions. Not only that, their costly price is indicative of the value that they offer for midsize organizations. Each provides extensive solutions and are highly usable and can be quickly implemented. Both Oracle and SAP CRMs are looking for ways to lower their prices while keeping their quality high.
