In the recent news, there is now a new market opening up with BlackBerry smartphones to have full access to SAP CRM. This has been developed by Sybase Unwired Platform and the BlackBerry platform where individuals can now access their CRM software on their smartphones. Sybase Mobile Sales have impacted on the number of smartphones being purchase. It is expected that the sales of BlackBerry smartphones will continue to increase although the sales of the iPhone also have been dominating the market.
