SAP CRM can be used for certain actions to add more usable features in objects. In particular, the actions involved in SAP CRM can be used for business transactions, thereby making a business more efficient and effective.

One kind of action that you would make includes sending a quotation to a customer via the quotation document in SAP CRM. In addition, you can make actions that do a follow up procedure such as when you want to make a follow up call after meeting with a potential client. The advantage of SAP CRM is that the processes of your business can be made more systematic. When you are working with actions in SAP CRM, you have to be very specific however. You must define the actions clearly, and you must assign whether it is an automatic action or one that must be done manually by a person.
