Direct Line Helping Home Insurance Claims For Flooding

Published: 01/08/08

As floods once again hit large parts of the United Kingdom so Direct Line home insurance customers are being told that claims will be processed more quickly than ever by the insurer.

Direct Line appreciate the many difficulties people face when floods hit an area and so are bringing in extra staff to deal with claims, manage the process of evaluation and repair as well as organising accommodation where needed. The objective for everyone at Direct Line is to get their customers back in their repaired and secured homes as quickly as possible, with as little inconvenience as possible.

No doubt the experience of last Summer, where the floods saw many people left without a place to live for some time has meant that all insurers, not just Direct Line, are much better equipped to deal with the situation this time.
