Homeowners main reason for moving house is due to bad neighbours
Published: 10/12/09
Prudential house insurance has just produced facts from a study that reveals that the main reason for moving house for many homeowners is due to having bad neighbours.
The study did reveal that one of the top factors for moving house was because of the neighbours next door, either they have had a quarrel in the past about noise or a disagreement about land or parking of their cars.
However, the study found that many home owners moved house for other reasons as well such as wanting to move up the property ladder and buy a better quality home.
Some property owners needed a bigger home for their family as their current house was not adequate for their living needs. The new arrival of a family member i.e. a baby to the family meant that there were not enough bedrooms to sleep all the family, so a bigger house with more bedrooms was what was needed.
