More home contents cover over the Christmas period with Post Office

With a Post Office household insurance policy all policyholder’s will get more home contents cover over the Christmas period as an added bonus.

Policy holders of a home insurance policy with the Post Office will automatically get increased cover on home contents items such as gifts by up to ten per cent, but only over Christmas.

Policy holders do have another option if they don’t want this extra cover over Christmas, they can get a £25 winter fuel voucher instead. This is only available for to homeowners who took out a house insurance policy after 60 days.

This extra cover for presents and gifts will allow homeowners to relax over the festive period knowing that their items will be protected if the worst should happen to their property and its contents.
